All items will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of order. Personal checks will be held for 10 days before shipment. Status of order will be updated and customers may check account information in the ORDER HISTORY section.

International buyers are welcome to purchase any available items. If your country does not come up in check out system, then I require more information before shipping and you must contact me directly.

Returns:

Please e-mail or contact me by phone at 716.332.2807 for return of merchandise must be made within 24 hours of receipt and received back in same condition within 5 days.

Items for return are required to be shipped back insured for full amount of purchase price.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.

Original shipping charges are NOT refundable.

All items that have been placed on sale will be FINAL sales - no returns will be accepted on sale items. Items not returnable will be noted, for example - hosiery.

Sizing and condition of items are included with information on each item.

Please feel free to ask any additional questions before purchasing on sizing or condition so returns can be avoided.

Credit will be issued with in 48 hours after item has been received by same payment as purchased.

Any additional photos may be sent as well if original photos do not show areas of concern.

Restocking fee will be waived for exchanges only.
