This dress may have never been worn. Time has ruined elastic at the neckline and needs to be replaced can wear at off shoulder. There is a lot of potential with this dress and what you can do or use from the fabric. It has a Spanish dancer flare to it with bright red lace around embroidered floral blocks along the hem. One layer of black lace with red ribbon on top and bottom. Great combination of textures and could become just a skirt. Either way grab it for the beauty and price. I have always said if you have a great tailor then your life is so much more blessed. If you don't have one go find one!
