I absolutely adore this heavy layered crinoline. Because there is so much weight I had my tailor add the pink band to reinforce the piece with a thick elastic band. Curse of the crinoline is the elastic band. So the pink band is added to the original piece of cotton top layer. Double layered nylon ribbon banded orange colored skirting, yards and yards of pleated skirting. I put a marker of a safety pin and tried to measure .. still looking for it. Needs to ship in large box because again .. there is a lot of fabric to wear.
